Back by popular demand and still the best way to break loose an iron head from a steel shaft (not intended for use with graphite shafts). The hardwood leverage block fits over the hot iron head and allows you to apply maximum torque without burning your hands or damaging the iron head finish. After heating hosel, insert Leverage Block fully onto the iron head. Support both ends of the block with your hands and turn the iron head around the shaft - without bending the shaft - in a clockwise direction as viewed from the sole.
